We work with leaders who want to improve their effectiveness and organizations that are focused on improving their customer experience, their employee experience, and their bottom-line results. We believe that laughter and learning go hand in hand. When employees are engaged, they will learn and retain information.

In 1999, Regina was introduced to Six Sigma while working with Allied Signal and quickly embraced the concept of process improvement which is weaved into the programs she designs.
