 Being a manager is a hard job! Being a manager in a busy restaurant can be overwhelming and often the wait staff and bartenders make more money that the managers. Keeping your sense of humor and being a positive role model is critical to your daily success.

Program Objectives

During this program, participants will learn proven techniques which include: 

  • Hosting a daily huddle with motivation messages

  • Dealing with difficult customers, employees and suppliers

  • Holding employees accountable

  • Setting performance expectations

  • Learning to say NO with tact and professionalism

  • Taking care of your physical and mental health

  • Managing the money and keeping things clean

  • Developing and motivating a diverse team which includes front of the house and back of the house
