How to Think Like a Champion
Champions are peak performers! They are at the top of their game and can be found everywhere - in business, sports, government, and education. Champions have outstanding attitudes and know how to overcome obstacles. This keynote will inspire and energize your audience to not only think like a champion but to act like a champion every day.

The Seven C’s of Leadership
Learn how competent leaders lead by connecting with others, being committed, courageous and being able to champion change. This keynote explores some of the traits required to be an effective leader.

How the West Was Won: SMART Strategies for Leading Change
The only thing that we know for certain about change is that it is inevitable and constant. If you’re not changing, you’re dying! You will be inspired to communicate more effectively and more often after hearing this keynote.

Seminars (½ day – 5 days)

Personal Effectiveness for the Process Excellence Leader
This intensive five day program starts with a personal assessment. Process Excellence Leaders will take the DISC assessment online prior to the program. After we review personal communication styles, Process Excellence Leaders will learn the skills they need to get to the next level of their career. Situational leadership, coaching, facilitation, training others, negotiating for time and resources, leading change and conflict resolution will be covered. There are a variety of simulations and role plays during the week. Every participant will be videotaped and receive individual feedback.


Leading Teams When You Are Not in Charge
During this seminar, the participants will explore the characteristics of great leaders and then focus on applying the leadership traits to moving teams forward. We will review team formation and how to deal with difficult team members.

Spice Up Your Speaking
During this presentation skills program, participants will learn how to:
Know the audience

  • Add spice to engage the audience
  • Sound like you care
  • Have great content
  • Speak the language
  • Handle Q & A with tact and diplomacy
  • Be visually effective
  • Use Power Point correctly

During the full day and two day program, participants will receive presentation feedback.

Train the Trainer
This program has a variety of formats. The first day is training techniques. Participants will learn what to do before, during, and after classroom training. The following day(s), participants will deliver Six Sigma or Lean training programs and receive feedback. Each participant will learn the difference between presenting information, facilitating a discussion and training others. We focus on using participant centered training techniques. Every Process Excellence Leaders will be challenged to craft stories and examples that are relevant to the training. Participants receive a videotape of their presentations.

How the West Was Won: SMART Strategies for Managing Change
During this action packed seminar we look at the variety of ways that people react to change. Then we review strategies for moving the change forward. Participants are identified as trailblazers, settlers, stay-at-home types, and saboteurs.
