this highly interactive session, participants will:

Performance Discussions
During
this ½ day session, participants will learn:

When to schedule a performance discussion
• How to provide timely, specific, behavioral based feedback
• How and when to use an assessment instrument
• How to manage conflict and defensive behavior during
a performance discussion.
• When and how to initiate corrective action.
Leadership
Effectiveness
This intensive five day program starts with a
personal assessment. Leaders will take the DISC assessment online
prior to the program. After we review personal communication styles,
participants will learn the skills they need to get to the next
level of their career. The five day program includes modules on
situational leadership, coaching, facilitation, training others,
negotiating for time and resources, leading change and conflict
resolution. There are a variety of simulations and role plays
during the week. Every participant will be videotaped and receive
individual feedback.

Teams When You Are Not in Charge
During this seminar, the participants will explore the characteristics
of great leaders and then focus on applying the leadership traits
to moving teams forward. We will review team formation and how
to deal with difficult team members

Train
the Trainer
This program has a variety of formats. The first day is training
techniques. Participants will learn what to do before, during,
and after classroom training. The following day(s), participants
will deliver Six Sigma or Lean training programs and receive feedback.
Each participant will learn the difference between presenting
information, facilitating a discussion and training others. We
focus on using participant centered training techniques. Every
Process Excellence Leaders will be challenged to craft stories
and examples that are relevant to the training. Participants receive
a videotape of their presentations.

How the West Was Won: SMART Strategies
for Managing Change
During this action packed seminar we look at the variety of ways
that people react to change. Then we review strategies for moving
the change forward. Participants are identified as trailblazers,
settlers, stay-at-home types, and saboteurs.
