- Regina
provides monthly feedback to the coaching client. All coaching
conversations are confidential. The coaching client can keep
in touch with Regina via email as much or as little as they
chose to.
- The
DISC assessment report is a confidential document which will
be used to determine a coaching plan with actionable items.
The coaching plan will be shared with the Sr. Executive, the
DISC assessment report will be the clients.
- Regina
will provide a summary report to the Sr. Executive.
- The
client can decide to end the coaching relationship at any time.
